We’ve built an online planning portal which has been developed over years of working with couples. It stores all of the information about your wedding from timings, suppliers, budgets and design. It’s one easy access point from wherever you are in the world to know whats what.
Venues & Site Visits
Choosing the right venue can be difficult if you can’t get to the UK. We do our best to give you as much information as possible, including site vists with voice overs exaplaining how venues work.
Whether you’re looking for quintessential London, or a retreat in the countryside, we’ll be able to find the right home for your wedding.
Tastings
It’s such a hard part of the job…
But truthfully, if you can’t make it to the UK, we’ll take lots of photos and videos, and give you detailed feedback on what you can expect. We’ll always give you our very honest opinions, so don’t be surprised if Rebecca suggests removing prawns…
GUEST EXPERIENCE
Luckily for you, we’ve planned over 120 weddings, so we know what guests want.
Whether it’s a sophisticated ceremony or a party in a dry hire warehouse, we can come to you with ideas on how to make sure your guests have the best time.
Scope of our services.
We only offer full planning, which means we look after you through the whole experience. We work collaboratively so that looks different to everyone, but often includes:

Supplier Sourcing: catering, photography, highland cows (true story) etc.

Guest List: RSVPs, websites, save the dates, invites, etc.

COSTS & FEES
Our pricing is based on how much time we think your wedding will take to plan. That’s it.
Our fees start from £7.5k, and work with budgets from £50k+ (subject to guest numbers). We charge a bespoke flat rate, you won’t be charged increases throughout.
